Summary:
One of the few "heroes" of the post-apocalyptic world, 118 Emergence (AKA Cel) awakened inside of a ruined pickup truck, where he was almost immediately attacked by a 301 Emergence and chased into the Wasteyard. Cel's only goal is simple yet logical; to find out who the Creator was and to stop the evil 000 Emergence. Unknown to him at the time, the 301 Emergence that attacked him served 000 Emergence, who has sought to destroy him ever since.

- Cel adopted his alias from a shred of paper that was near him when he awakened. The word "Cell" was written on it.
