Summary:
These medium-sized Emergences live in a strange area of the Wasteyard called the Cable Forest. They can only move along the wires of the forest on a guide hook on the top of their body, which obviously limits their mobility. It is hard to tell if one of them is aggressive or not from a distance since they each have a different personality and handle other Emergences differently. Some of them are neutral while others attack anything that comes near them.
